Materials Required

• A red coloured sheet of paper
• A green coloured sheet of paper
• A light blue coloured sheet of paper
• A yellow coloured sheet of paper
• A brown coloured sheet of paper
• Craft eyes or doll eyes
• A pair of scissors
• Any adhesive or glue

Procedure

Step 1: Taking A Piece Of Paper And Cut It

Firstly, take a red coloured sheet of paper and cut it into the shape of a circle.

Step 2: Folding The Paper Into Two Halves

Next, fold this cutout into two halves, essentially in a semi-circle, as shown in the image below.

Step 3: Pasting The Cutout On Another Sheet

Now, you are supposed to take a light blue coloured sheet of paper and place it in your work area. Then take the red cutout and paste it on the light blue sheet using the adhesive. This would be the body of our bird!

Step 4: Creating Another Similar Cutout

Now, Create another cutout in the same manner and paste one of its sides on the birds body cutout and the other side, at a distance of a few centimetres. These will be the wing of the bird!

Step 5: Pasting One More Cutout

Now, following the similar steps as the first three, create another red coloured sheet cutout and then paste it using the adhesive right above the other wing that we previously pasted. Now we have got the perfect pair of wings for our little birdie!

Step 6: Pasting The Face Cutout

Now, cut another smaller circle using the scissors out of the red paper and paste it on the other three cutouts using the adhesive. This would be the face of your bird!

Step 7: Adding A Beak To Your Bird!

Now, add the necessary elements to your bird, such as the beak, by cutting a small triangular shape out of the yellow-coloured sheet of paper and then pasting it using the adhesive on the face.

Step 8: Pasting A Googly Eye!

Now, take the craft eye or googly eye and paste it on the face of the bird using the adhesive.

Step 9: Cutting Brown Paper Circles

Now, you are supposed to take a brown-coloured sheet of paper and cut it into the shape of two very tiny circles.

Step 10: Pasting The Brown Circles As Feet

Now, fold both of these cutouts into the shape of a semi-circle and paste them as bird feet right below the body of the bird, using the adhesive.

Step 11: Adding More And More Birds Using The Similar Steps

Now take the green-coloured sheet of paper and using the similar steps as above, you will obtain another friend for your bird!

And It is Finally Done!!
