Materials Required

• White paper
• Sketch Pens
• Blue Paper
• Glue
• Pencil
• Scissors

Procedure

Step 1: Drawing The Shark On The Paper

To begin with, this fun craft, take a white square piece of paper and start drawing the mouth of the shark using a blue sketch pen.

Step 2: Completing The Drawing

Leave a boat-shaped white region on the paper. On the remaining portion draw the mouth of the shark using blue and red sketch pen as shown in the image.

Step 3: Bringing Corners In The Middle

To complete this step, invert the paper. Fold the corners of the paper towards the center to form a smaller square.

Step 4: Flipping The Paper And Folding The Corners To The Middle

Invert the paper. Now, bring the corners to the middle of the paper as shown in the image.

Step 5:  Folding The Square

Fold the square in half to form a rectangle with blue color facing up. Unfold the rectangle and then fold it in half again perpendicular to the previous fold. Put your fingers and thumbs underneath the outside leaves of the folded square. Move your fingers in vertical and horizontal directions. The top view when stretched horizontally and vertically should look as shown.

Step 6: Adding Fin To The Shark

Take a piece of blue colored paper. Cut out a fin shape from the paper and paste it on the bottom right corner of the shark as shown in the image.

Similarly, add one more fin on the bottom left corner of the shark as shown.
