This will require very basic materials which will be available easily in any art and craft store. So without any further ado, let’s get started and come let us make it together.

Materials Required

• Green paper
• Paper cutter
• Pencil
• Fevicol
• Paper cut
• Scissor
• Different colours paper

Procedure

Step 1: Take Circular Green Paper And Draw A Circle Along With Lines With The Paper Cutter

Take green craft paper. Take a pencil, draw a circle on the paper then inside that draw lines inside the circle as shown in the photo above. After that take a Paper cutter for cutting out the paper

Step 2: Cut The Paper With Scissors

After drawing now start cutting along the lines like a triangle shape as shown in the photo above.

Step 3: Applying Fevicol To The Paper

After cutting the paper now start applying the fevicol to the paper below the triangles as shown in the photo above.

Step 5: Sticking The Paper Cup In The Paper

Take a green paper cup and stick it in the paper cup where fevicol is applied as shown in the photo above.

Step 6: Sticking The Triangles Inside The Paper Cup

Now after sticking the paper cup, now it’s time to stick the triangles that we have cut towards the inside of the cup with the glue stick as shown in the photo above.

Step 7: Decorating The Paper Cup Hat With Some Circular Colourful Papers

After sticking the hat securely, now take some colourful craft papers. Now cut out small circles with the colourful papers. Take them in any colour of your choice like blue, red, pink, yellow or purple. After cutting small circles start sticking them on the paper hat with a glue stick as shown in the photo above.

Step 8: Sticking The Circular Dot Sized Paper In The Paper Hut

Keep on cutting the colourful craft paper into smaller dots and bigger dots and stick them with glue stick in the paper cup. Stick them in the below paper as shown in the photo above.

Step 9: Turning The Paper To Give It A Shape Like A Hat

Now start shaping the hat by turning the below paper from both the side with both hands as shown in the photo above.
